NOTICE

Hi all,
I am the founder of EXOCHEN_SG. Today, I would like to address regarding the issue that had happened yesterday night. I wasn't aware about what had happened till I was informed about it this morning. I guess many might have known about this issue and some might not. I shall do a brief summary about it, most of you would have known that EXOCHEN_SG have been recruiting new staff, there are a few who are recruited and are now part of our family. Admin Kath who is new, translated the following below text (refer to pic) to English.

She overlooked and translated 晒黑 to 'turn black' which cause a handful calling Lay 'racist'. Admin Kath did not know at first that by translating 晒黑 to 'turn black' could actually be twisted to another meaning which she did not realise about it when she is translating the text. And then, due to the cause of our translation, a bunch of people start criticizing about Lay being racist as it is being assumed that Lay called that lady 'black'. At this point, I would like to deeply apologize for the mis-translated text done by our admin. She is really feeling remorseful about it so please do forgive her as everyone do make mistakes and I feel that everyone deserves a second chance.

 Our admin had took immediate actions by modifying the post but people were still upset about it. Once again, I apologize if it had upset many and please do not take this to heart. Admin Kath took down the post after that but this lady/guy over here refuses to take it (refer to pic) down despite Admin Kath asked him/her politely to take it down. (She had SS/save our post)

I am not sure if it is the whole conversation between Admin Kath and that lady/guy as I am only able to find this part of it at our mentions. As you can see, Admin Kath apologize for the error that she had made however, that lady/guy still refuses to take it down. The reason being why she requested it for it to be taken down was so that it will not bring anymore misunderstandings. I am not pin-pointing at her but I would like everyone to know that even though we are the ones who started off with this, some fans refused to accept our explanation and continued to defame Lay. Being a fanbase for a member of EXO, we like to protect the boys, not only Chen, from getting criticize when it is clearly not their fault and ruining their reputation. 

 We would like to sincerely apologize again and we will do further improvements on it so that we will not repeat the same mistake again. We would also like to thank those who had supported EXOCHEN_SG for a year! We are really really thankful. Lastly, thank you for your time on reading this notice.
