With reference to the above attachment, it was personally said by our collaborator that they didn't manage to secure enough posters even though they assured us previously that they would. But we can't blame them for this. As they already had given all their best to our MO and had given us the special fanclub discount if not, we couldn't possibly conduct this MO. Do also take this in mind, EXO is really famous in Korea and in other countries which also includes Singapore plus the albums are directly brought from Korea. From all the news that most of you had heard within these two days, few thousands copies had already been sold. Which means this is also because that there are many people taking bulk orders which also includes people from different countries. We really hope you that you can really understand that we are already at our limit. WE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. We also apologized if you are disappointed/upset at us. Therefore, posters will be distributed/given according to order status.

A : Definitely, we will refund you the difference when you collect the albums.
How long will the albums take to arrive?
A : We understand that fans are always excited to get their albums as fast as possible (we are after all fans ourselves) we will be getting them shipped on the day of release itself. Meaning within a week or less the albums should arrive.
Will there be posters for the albums?
A : Posters will definitely be given as long as our supplier still has them. Posters will be given by the order of payment if we do happen to face a issue such as shortages of posters.
