2nd MO Notice

Hello! This is Admin Viv. I'll be in charged of this MO together with Admin Za. Before I post the details of the MO. I would like to highlight some stuffs.

1. Please only order if you are WILLING TO WAIT PATIENTLY for around 2weeks and DO NOT SPAM us about the arrivals of the items. We will inform you guys via both EMAIL and TWITTER.

2. Please understand that we earn $0 from these MOs and are purely doing this for you guys. So be kind and polite to us and STOP SENDING HATES to us. We can be nice and nasty. I hope I don't have to show my nasty side to you guys.

3. I will ignore ALL QUESTIONS AND EMAILS regarding the arrival of goods etc. It is really annoying to have people asking you the same questions everyday. 

4. Lastly, I hope that from this MO onwards, the admins will not have to face humiliating insults and hates anymore. If this MO is successful with no misunderstandings, I will continue to do 3rd MO and more. So please understand we are a FAMILY. Happy you = Happy us.  (:

[NOTICE] 10/12/13 Hi all, firstly we would like to apologize that we are at our limit already. We can't do anything about the posters. 

With reference to the above attachment, it was personally said by our collaborator that they didn't manage to secure enough posters even though they assured us previously that they would. But we can't blame them for this. As they already had given all their best to our MO and had given us the special fanclub discount if not, we couldn't possibly conduct this MO. Do also take this in mind, EXO is really famous in Korea and  in other countries which also includes Singapore plus the albums are directly brought from Korea. From all the news that most of you had heard within these two days, few thousands copies had already been sold.  Which means this is also because that there are many people taking bulk orders which also includes people from different countries. We really hope you that you can really understand that we are already at our limit. WE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. We also apologized if you are disappointed/upset at us. Therefore, posters will be distributed/given according to order status.

Q&A :

What if I ordered the album from you and transferred you the money already, however there are changes to the prices. Will we be refunded the difference?


A : Definitely, we will refund you the difference when you collect the albums.


How long will the albums take to arrive?


A : We understand that fans are always excited to get their albums as fast as possible (we are after all fans ourselves) we will be getting them shipped on the day of release itself. Meaning within a week or less the albums should arrive.

Will there be posters for the albums?


A : Posters will definitely be given as long as our supplier still has them. Posters will be given by the order of payment if we do happen to face a issue such as shortages of posters.

 For the exo mini standee, it is given when you purchase 20,000won in nature republic stores in korea, therefore you MAY get the standee as the handcream set is more than 20,000won. However, I cannot guarantee that you will definitely get it as it depends on stock available at the store. But if there is, I’ll be definitely giving it out. If any case I only get limited standees, those who order more than one set will have the priority to get it.
For choosing of member in photocard and member in standee, I’ll try to give your requested member which you can request and hence I’ll be opening when it arrives if requested. Alternately, I will not be opening it if you do not want to request for photocards.
