EXO Chen Singapore: [ENDED] (PROJECT) Christmas with Chen

Jingle bells~ Jingle Bells~ Jingle all the way~~~~ HOHOHOHOHO! On 25th December, it marks Christmas!! Hence, EXO CHEN/KIM JONG DAE SINGAPORE is planning our first ever project for Chen! Our Project name - ''Christmas with Chen'' ~! EXOCHEN_SG will be in collaboration with OBLIVIATE for this project which means OBLIVIATE will be helping us to pass our gifts to Chen ! ^^ A very big thankyou to OBLIVIATE for helping us out~! :D

☛ Aim : To have a Merry Christmas with Chen! (\*^^*/)

☛ Purpose : To show our love to 첸/김종대~!

✩ EXOCHEN_SG's Gifts to Chen ~!

We're planning to buy the following items as Christmas gifts for Chen:

*Gifts have been changed!

We would need an estimated amount of SGD$55 and above to carry out our project! SGD$41 is for the gifts as above, SGD$14 and above for the shipping fee to be shipped to Obliviate and she will pass our gifts to the staff in SME!

Hence, we would need donations! We hope to seek cooperation with all EXO fans!

Fans who donated SGD$4 and less than receive ONLY one postcard out of exochen_sg's Special Edition Christmas Postcards (there are 4 postcards in total, 4 Chen version) , randomly given!

For fans who donated in the range of SGD$5 ~ SGD$8 will receive 2 RANDOM POSTCARDS of exochen_sg's Special Edition Christmas Postcards! ^^

For fans who donated in the range of SGD$9~ SGD$12 will receive ALL POSTCARDS of exochen_sg's Special Edition Christmas Postcards! ^^

For fans who donated in the range of SGD$13 ~ SGD$19 will receive ALL POSTCARDS +1 SPECIAL POSTCARD (in total 5 postcards) + 1 SMALL CHEN BOOKMARK ! ^^

For fans who donated in the range of SGD$20 and above will receive ALL POSTCARDS + 1 SPECIAL POSTCARD (in total 5 postcards) + A SET OF 12 CARDS (ALL MEMBER) + 2 SMALL CHEN BOOKMARK ! ^^

1. Mass Meet-Up
We'll be conducting 2-3 mass meetup for the collection of the gifts for all fans who have donated!
Meetups will be conducted in late December and mid January!

2. Normal Postage
(LOCAL) For fans who want to option for normal postage, feel free to do so BUT additional charges apply! When transferring/iBanking/Cash depositing us your donations, please send us amount that you want to donate + SGD$0.30!

Step 1: Firstly, choose your collection method. If you choose mass meetup for collection, please transfer/cash deposit/iBank us your EXACT donation amount to POSB Savings 319-01978-2. If you choose normal postage for collection, please transfer/cash deposit/iBank us your donation amount + SGD$0.30 to POSB Savings 319-01978-2. (For example, you want to donate SGD$5 and you opt. for normal postage. The total amount that you will need to transfer/cash deposit/iBank us is SGD$5.30)

(OVERSEAS FANS)
Step 1: Firstly, check your country's postage rates. Then, paypal us your donation amount (+ SGD$0.50 - paypal fees) = the total amount (For example, you want to donate SGD$5 and your postage rate is SGD$1.10. Paypal fee - SGD$0.50. The total amount that you will need to paypal us is SGD6.60 (SGD$5+0.50+1.10))

~~We'll be collecting Christmas gifts for Chen from fans who are residing in Singapore!~~

~~We will be conducting a few mass meet up to collect them!~~

~~If not, postage can be made as well :)~~

~~But for every Christmas gifts that you want to sent to South Korea so that Obliviate can pass your gifts to the staff of SME, you will have to pay for your own shipping fee!~~

**Size, weight depends on the amount that you have to pay for the shipment to South Korea.

If you want your Christmas gifts to be sent to Chen, then you would have to send it to us - Singapore! PS: We highly recommend you NOT to send your gifts directly to SME as SME do reject gifts sometimes.

But first of all, you would have to donate to us the shipping fee amount for your Christmas Gifts to be sent to South Korea, please refer to the above. You could donate to us through Paypal Once we received you donations, We'll give you an address for you to send you to Singapore.

* Do note that for your shipping fee to Singapore isn't included INSIDE your donations. You would have to pay it by yourself.

** If you are interested of sending your Christmas gifts for Chen to us, do send us an email

more details will be sent within 24hrs if possible.

~~Items that are NOT suggested:~~

- Liquid content stuff like perfume as it is a hazardous material that cannot be sent via mail.
- Cosmetic/skin care products. We don’t know if the products are good for them or if they might have an allergic reaction to them.
- Flammable items
- Food products
- Containing explicit/offensive content, religious items and anything that is too heavy or oversized.
- For security purposes, our gifts will be checked in Singapore before sending over to Korea

~~TAKE NOTE~~

~~- The gifts will be shipped to Korea via ems hence, shipping fees will be quite costly. We decided to choose our EMS shipment is because we want to ensure that our gifts will safety arrived in Korea~~~

~~- Gifts are sent to Obliviate and Obliviate will be passing our gifts to the staff of SME!~~

~~- You could wrapped your Christmas gifts to Chen by using wrapping paper or gifts boxes!~~
~~- Name of donors will be written down and sent to Chen!~~

~~Recommended Gifts~!~~

~~Since its a Christmas Project, Chen would of course need winter accessories! Examples are beanies, gloves, socks, scarf and etc~!~~
~~Clothing items like T-shirts, Polo T-shirts, Hoodies, Jackets, Long- sleeve shirts etc!~~
~~For Chen shirt size, you could get him a Size S-M range of clothes!~~
~~Watches, wallets, bags, bracelets, snap backs, hats, sunglasses, earrings (since Chen have ear holes!), necklaces and etc~~
~~Lastly, you could wrapped it with a nice piece of wrapping paper or a pretty gift box!~~
~~Gift boxes etc could be brought from Daiso at affordable prices!~~

From you to Chen section have been cancelled, due to not much of responses from fans :( If you are still interested in sending in your gifts to us so that we can ship it over to Obliviate so that she can pass the gifts to Chen, please email us! Thankyou ^^
